You provide details about your current watch and the watch you wish to acquire. We evaluate both and provide a trade-in offer. Once accepted, you ship your watch to us, and after verification, we ship your new watch with the trade value applied.

Trade values are generally competitive with outright sale prices. However, trading often provides additional convenience benefits, such as avoiding separate transactions and immediate application toward your purchase.

Yes, you can combine multiple watches toward a single purchase. The combined trade value will be applied to your new watch purchase.

We accept watches in various conditions. Our evaluation will account for any needed servicing, and we’ll adjust the trade value accordingly. We can also arrange servicing for you if preferred.

From initial quote to receiving your new watch typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on shipping times and verification. Expedited options may be available for select models.

You may cancel the trade before we ship your new watch. We will return your original watch to you at our expense, or you may choose to proceed with an outright purchase instead.

While complete sets (box and papers) typically yield higher trade values, we accept watches without them. The condition and authenticity are the primary factors in our evaluation.

Absolutely. The trade value of your current watch will be applied toward the new watch, and you simply pay the difference. We offer various payment options for the remaining balance.
