Shipment Information

As a multi-channel retailer, we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
MAISONDESIGNERS ships worldwide using UPS and DHL couriers.

AVAILABLE ITEMS:

Items already available in stock will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.

During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they have been received in our warehouse. Payment for the pre-order item(s) will be deducted in full on the same day the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

We remind new customers that MAISONDESIGNERS may request the bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information.

This process may cause delays in shipment.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

USA : 1-2 business days, according to the final destination

Canada: 1-3 business days, according to the final destination

Europe – European Union – Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days, according to the final destination

Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for main destinations / 2-3 business days for remote areas

Europe – Non-European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for main destinations / 2-3 business days for remote areas

United Kingdom – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for major cities / 2-3 business days for remote areas

Latin America: 3-4 business days

Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 business days

MAISONDESIGNERS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond MAISONDESIGNERS’s control.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order is has been dispatched, customers will receive an email from MAISONDESIGNERS specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays due to customs offices, customers will be directly notified by the courier and/or MAISONDESIGNERS.
Successful Shipment Delivery

Upon order delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the parcel BEFORE signing as proof of delivery.

Should for whatever reason the MAISONDESIGNERS parcel or the packaging look tampered with, customers are requested to either sign for the package with reservation or refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery of the parcel has been accepted and signed with an unknown party’s signature or if there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, customers are requested to open a claim immediately with the courier and contact MAISONDESIGNERS at:

When a reception desk or a concierge is available at the delivery address, the courier shall be entitled to deliver the package to the staff in attendance.

In the event that the parcel or the items inside are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing, customers are requested to retain the packaging for further checks.

Any claim concerning damages, missing items and/or delivery to a wrong address shall be noticed and received by MAISONDESIGNERS within 10 (ten) days from the order delivery date on the courier website, and failure to comply to this term will result in the claim not being accepted.

Should parcels not be successfully delivered to customers address for reasons depending on customers (incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per MAISONDESIGNERS commercial agreement, parcels might risk being returned to sender at customers’ expense. In such a case shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from any possible refund to customers.

Shipment Insurance

MAISONDESIGNERS shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers.
Once the shipment reaches its destination, items are no longer insured.

We can ship to BFPO addresses using our DHL delivery option.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

As MAISONDESIGNERS purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

For Premium Delivery, all orders will need to be delivered as per the original delivery details and signed for by someone at this address.

How are watches shipped, and are they insured in transit?

Insurance for full replacement value is included on all outbound shipments of watches and accessories from MaisonDesigners. Inbound watches are insured for the proposed purchase price of the watch.

A signature is required to complete delivery of all packages.

Our iconic packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. Opt for our marbled boxes – iconic and artist-designed. Alternatively, we offer an eco-packaging option: marble-lined brown boxes which are discreet, chic, recycled and recyclable. Both options are free of charge and whichever you choose, each item will be perfect when you receive it.
